As Bimpeks, we have been producing a wide range of thermal rolls, both printed and unprinted, since 1989. Our product portfolio includes receipt rolls, cash register rolls, POS-ATM rolls, fuel pump rolls, handheld terminal rolls, weighbridge ticket rolls, vehicle recognition rolls, and many more. All products are manufactured in state-of-the-art production lines in accordance with TSE-certified quality standards. We also offer customized production options based on customer requirements, such as special sizes, custom lengths, different grammage, or rolls printed with company logos.
Printed thermal rolls are customized with company logos, contact information, campaign messages, or other branding elements. These rolls help strengthen brand identity and enhance customer interaction. Unprinted thermal rolls are used for standard receipt or slip printing. At Bimpeks, both printed and unprinted rolls are made using high-quality thermal paper with long-lasting coating. All our rolls come with up to 10 years of fade resistance. Additionally, the inks used in printed rolls are environmentally friendly and formulated to avoid damaging printer heads.
Bimpeks operates in full compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system standards at every stage of production. All machinery in our production facility is equipped with automatic length monitoring, density measurement, and thermal balancing systems. This ensures each roll is produced with consistent length, thickness, and print sensitivity. After each production batch, randomly selected samples undergo required tests and analysis in our laboratories in accordance with relevant TS-12440 standards. This rigorous process has positioned Bimpeks as a manufacturer known for “uncompromising quality” in the industry.
Thermal rolls should be kept away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and extreme heat. When stored properly (at temperatures up to 35°C, humidity up to 80%, away from direct light and heat sources, in closed packaging), Bimpeks thermal rolls can remain legible for at least 7 years. Our thermal papers, produced using premium raw materials from globally recognized manufacturers, are significantly more resistant to heat and light compared to standard rolls. This difference is especially noticeable when storing documents for long-term archiving. We recommend storing rolls upright and in sealed packaging.
We place great importance on meeting our customers’ brand-specific demands. We can produce rolls in requested widths, lengths, colors, print layouts, and paper specifications. Company logos, marketing messages, or security patterns are prepared by our graphic department and produced after design approval. Minimum order quantities vary depending on print type, but our high-capacity production lines allow us to ensure fast delivery.
