This Clarification Text has been prepared by Bimpeks Matbaacılık Ambalaj Kağıt Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Bimpeks”) as the data controller within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) to explain the principles regarding the processing of your personal data.

6. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data are retained for the period prescribed by relevant legislation and for the purposes of processing; once this period expires, deletion, destruction, or anonymization procedures are applied.

7. Rights of Data Subjects

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, every individual whose personal data are processed has the right to:

Learn whether their personal data are being processed,
Request information if their data have been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used accordingly,
Know the third parties to whom the data have been transferred,
Request correction if the data are incomplete or incorrect,
Request deletion or destruction of the data,
Request notification of such actions to third parties,
Object to any result arising against them from automated data processing,
Request compensation if they suffer damages due to unlawful processing.

Individuals hold all the rights listed above.
